Raymond was born and raised on a dairy farm in Dualla, Cashel, Co. Tipperary, where he continues to farm alongside his wife, Veronica, while raising their three daughters. Farming has always been a way of life for our family and continues to shape who we are. It gives us a genuine appreciation of the commitment, hard work and dedication that goes into every farm and every property.
Veronica also comes from a farming background, having grown up on her family's dairy farm in County Kilkenny. She graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester with a degree in Agriculture and Farm Management, combining practical experience with a passion for business and rural life. Within Raymond & V. Hunt Auctioneers, Veronica looks after the marketing, digital presence and day-to-day administration, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
Working together comes naturally to us. We have spent years building our farm, raising our family and supporting one another in everything we do. Those same values carry through to our business. Raymond enjoys meeting people, understanding their stories and helping them navigate important decisions, while Veronica enjoys the creative side of showcasing properties and ensuring every detail is taken care of. We believe our different strengths complement one another, allowing us to offer a personal and thoughtful service to every client.

Raymond & Veronica Hunt
Outside of farming and the business, Raymond has always been passionate about giving back to the local community. He has been actively involved with Dualla Show for many years, serving as Chairman for a period and helping to organise one of the area's most valued annual community events. The show plays an important role in bringing together local families, farmers and businesses each August and Raymond is proud to have contributed to its continued success. Supporting the local community has always been important to our family and it is something we remain committed to.
