They do not constitute an offer or contract and may be subject to change, withdrawal or prior sale. Please read our full Disclaimer. Any property service we provide is subject to a separate agreement and our regulatory obligations under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011.
Payments — important fraud warning
We will never tell you our bank details have changed by email. Payment redirection fraud targets property transactions: criminals intercept or imitate email between an agent, a solicitor and a client, then send altered account details.
If you receive any message that appears to come from us giving new or changed bank details, treat it as fraudulent. Do not reply to it and do not send any money. Phone us on 087 339 2467 — a number you have taken from this website or from previous correspondence, never a number given in the message itself — and confirm with us directly before transferring anything.
We will always confirm account details with you by telephone before any funds move and we will read them back to you.
Our use of AI tools
We use digital and AI-assisted tools in parts of our work, including valuations, marketing and handling enquiries. These tools support our team's judgement rather than replacing it: a person reviews the output before it is acted on and we do not make decisions by automated means alone.
