For over ten years, Raymond worked as an Area Manager with Munster Bovine, building strong relationships with farmers across the region and gaining extensive knowledge of livestock, farm businesses and the agricultural sector. He has also completed a prestigious Nuffield Scholarship, allowing him to study agricultural systems and best practices internationally, bringing fresh insight and a broader perspective to the Irish farming industry.

Coming from a third-generation auctioneering family, Raymond has grown up surrounded by farm sales. From a young age, he accompanied both his grandfather and his father to farm valuations, negotiations and public auctions, witnessing first-hand the trust, professionalism and expertise required to successfully market agricultural property. As a result, farm sales are not simply a service he offers—they are something he has known throughout his life.
