How to make a complaint
Please contact us in the first instance, giving as much detail as possible:

Please include your name, contact details, the property or service concerned and a clear description of your complaint.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint in writing, normally within 3 working days and give you a reference number.
- We will investigate the matter fully and fairly.
- We aim to provide a full written response, normally within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will keep you informed of progress and the reasons for any delay.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may ask that the matter be reviewed by a senior member of the firm.
Escalating your complaint
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer it to the Property Services Regulatory Authority, which regulates licensed property services providers in Ireland:

Residential tenancies
If your complaint concerns a residential tenancy — for example a deposit, rent arrears, notice of termination or the standard of a rented property — you may refer it to the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB), which resolves disputes between landlords and tenants under the Residential Tenancies Acts 2004–2024: rtb.ie.
